Take it from a local Realtor whose mission is helping homeowners avoid foreclosure...there are still a high number of homeowners in serious trouble. There are many "band-aids" being glorified by politicians, but the best cure to truly help those who have been through hardships is a TRULY HEALTHY economy with true low unemployment, which ironically is the same thing that fuels a true healthy housing market.
